I founded this as I was recovering from two back-to-back cancers and the many treatments and brain surgeries resulting from them. I retired from my former job as I could no longer physically function appropriately. After Covid I noticed the huge lack of meat and protein resources for the public as well as the food pantries serving the increasing population of needy families in our community. We started to raise layers for
ourselves but decided to give away the eggs to help the food banks in the area.
